Certifications & Quality Control at VegaMilitary Factory
Inside our Xiamen factory — the certifications, inspection processes, and quality checks behind every order of ballistic vests, tactical helmets, and duty gear we ship.
Why Factory Credentials Matter
Anyone can post photos of equipment. The harder question is: what happens before the product ships? For agencies, distributors, and military buyers, the factory's certifications and quality system are the real proof of what they are buying.
This page walks through the certifications and quality checks behind VegaMilitary products, so you know exactly what you are getting when you order from our Xiamen factory.
Our Quality System
Quality at our factory is not a final inspection — it is built into every step.

Incoming Material Inspection
Every roll of fabric, every buckle, every yard of webbing is checked against spec on arrival. Rejected materials never enter production. For ballistic products, incoming fibers are logged by batch so we can trace materials end to end.
In-Process Checks
Operators check dimensions, stitching, and hardware during production, not after. Bar-tacking, seam alignment, and zipper function are verified as work moves through the line. Defects are caught at the station where they happen — not at the packing table.
Final Inspection
Each finished product gets a final check:
We also run AQL-based sampling (Acceptable Quality Level) on bulk orders — the same industry method used for professional gear procurement.
Certifications and Compliance
Ballistic Products
Our ballistic vests and plates are produced with NIJ standard references in mind. For government and military tenders, we support:
We are honest about what we can and cannot certify — and we provide the documentation to prove it.

Compliance Support for Buyers
If your procurement requires specific certifications, tell us at the inquiry stage. We will confirm what we can provide — including factory audits, lab test reports, and product documentation — before you commit.
Batch Traceability
Every production batch is recorded: material lots, machine settings, production dates, and the operators involved. If a question ever comes up about a batch, we can trace it back to its source. For military and law enforcement buyers, this traceability is part of the contract, not an extra.

We welcome factory audits. Whether you are a distributor doing due diligence or a government buyer pre-qualifying suppliers, we will arrange a visit or a video walkthrough of our facility.
