Patches & Insignia

We manufacture custom military patches — unit patches, national flag patches including IR and subdued versions, name tapes, and rank and skill insignia. Methods include embroidered, woven, PVC, and laser-cut hook and loop patches.

Embroidered patches are the classic woven-thread look, durable and field-proven. PVC patches are molded rubber — thicker, fully waterproof, and sharper for complex designs. Choose by environment and design detail; both attach with hook and loop or sewing.

Custom patches start from 50 pieces per design with a one-time digitizing fee. Multiple designs can batch together in one order. Send your artwork and we will return a digital proof before production.
